Upon receiving your goods you should immediately open and inspect the items before displaying or storing them in your warehouse. If you received damaged product or some parts are missing, please take photos of the damage immediately or at least on the same day.

Please follow the steps below to make a claim:

1. Contact us or one of our marketing team to inform the detailed description of damage along with supporting photos.

2. Inform our product running number (hanging inside the box on small paper), invoice number and Bill of Lading number.

3. Credit and/or Refund will be at our selling price (FOB)

4. The delivery charge for replacement items will be at customer account or it will be shipped with your next order shipment with us.

Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that our prices are free on board (FOB) Semarang Port, Indonesia.
