A: Price lists include details for the number of each item which will fill a container.

Q: Will you send me a sample?
A: We are pleased to send samples of our furniture. Please be advised that the cost of the sample and freight are for the customer.

Q: Will you build to my specific design?
A: Furniture Manufacturer Online has an extensive range of protected designs. However we are pleased to build to customer specific designs in the case of large orders. We have a design team consisting of designer and two technical drawers who can assist you if required.

Q: What are your sales terms?
A: Standard Furniture Manufacturer Online sales terms are Free On Board (FOB) from the port of Semarang, Indonesia. We are pleased to discuss alternative terms if you wish.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Standard Furniture Manufacturer Online terms are Cash Against Documents (CAD). Payment is due within 21 days after the shipment date from Indonesia. The original documents are sent to you once Furniture Manufacturer Online receives confirmation of the bank transfer. We are pleased to discuss alternative payment terms such as Letter of Credit or Down-Payment if you wish.

Q: How are your quality control procedures?
A: Furniture Manufacturer Online employs a strict system of quality control. Our experienced quality control teams check every item before finishing for build quality, wood quality, dimensions and moisture content. Items are individually checked again after finishing using the same high standards. Finally, sample checks are made just prior to container stuffing. If you wish, we are happy to accommodate your own QC checkers.

Q: What packing materials do you use?
A: Packing for teak garden furniture is by carton box and for indoor mahogany furniture is by single face carton paper. Please advise us if you require alternative packing arrangements.

Q: What if I want to make a claim?
A: Furniture Manufacturer Online has claim guidelines for the rare event that the customer should wish to make a claim. These are agreed at the time of order confirm and may be requested in advance by contacting us.

Q: Do you use chemicals to adjust the colour or kill bugs for unfinished teak items, such as Pentachlorphenol (PCP), Benzene and Formaldehide?
A: No, unfinished items are natural without any chemical adjustment. All containers are fumigated before shipping.

Q: Where is the wood you use from?
A: The raw timber is from government and privately owned sustainable plantations. Nova Furniture has a policy of re-forestation, and already owns plantations around Central Java. Plans for the future are to keep adding to the re-forestation while managing the use of the timber provided wisely.
