Ordering Information
We want you to feel as secure as possible when buying through Furniture Manufacturer Online. Therefore we offer a number of different ways to place an order:

Order online
When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24 hours a day.

Call us
Our sales and service team are ready to take your order over the phone. You can discuss all your furniture needs with our friendly and professional marketing staff.

Mail Your Order
Type your order and/or clarify your personal design in your email. We promise not to copy, sell or supply your design to any third party. We can work based on your drawing, size details and possibly pictures. Production of custom design order should be minimum 1x20ft container.

After you complete and send the order, our marketing staff will contact you within 2x24 working hours and send a proforma invoice which you can check and study for more details before you complete the payment for your order.

If one of our marketing team does not contact you within 2x24 working hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email. We will send a new confirmation to you.

We only accept orders from outside Indonesia and our products are under FOB prices which excludes shipping charge. Please check shipping info for more details.

Payment Terms

1. L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight

L/C will apply for orders minimum 20,000.00 USD

1. Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer)

Down payment 30% is requested for T/T and the balance payment should be settled within a week after order shipment.

1. CAD (Cash Against Document)

The original documents for your shipment will sent directly after receiving the full payment.

Payment terms under point 1 – 3 should be settled to
