Shipping Info 

Prices displayed at Furniture Manufacturer Online website do not include delivery and shipping charges. This leaves you free to take care of the shipping with your own trusted shipping agent or Courier Service Company.
However, we would be happy to take care of your shipping and delivery requirements if you wish. Shipping is by air or sea freight as follows:

Air Freight
This is based on door to door shipment.
It is the fastest (and most expensive) way to get your order. This is suitable for sample shipment or a single piece of furniture. For this we require your complete address and postal code.

Sea Freight
This is the best option for a larger order and will be port – port based. The average time needed is around 4 weeks to Europe and 3 weeks to United States. We can arrange shipment to any port of destination in the world; just make sure you inform the port when placing the order.

There are two sizes of sea freight which depend on the total cubic meter of your order,

1. LCL Shipment (Less Container Loading)

When your order is less than a full container or less than 15.00 m3 you can still ship it by sea and we will arrange a consolidation container for your order.

You will receive your own shipping documents and no one else can release your cargo at the port except you or your appointed agent. For an LCL shipment there is extra packaging using a plywood crate to protect your cargo from careless handling in transit. The extra packaging is on the customer account.

LCL shipments are as secure as Full Container Loading and the terms and conditions are the same.

1. FCL Shipment (Full Container Loading)

The container sizes are

- 20 foot container, the maximum load-ability is 30,00 M3

- 40 foot container, the maximum load-ability is 50,00 M3

- 40 foot high cube container, the maximum load-ability is 65,00 M3

The actual load-ability actually depends on items ordered.

All shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (form A), and fumigation certificates are included in the shipping cost. All charges at destination such as custom clearance are at consignee account.

We can recommend you a shipping agent or forwarding company to help you take care of the shipment and you can freely discuss with them directly regarding your shipment.
